Letting Arrangements
- We ask guests to refrain from smoking inside any of our properties.
- The Lee, The Heron Apartment and The Chalet are each available for rent on a weekly basis, Saturday/Saturday throughout the year.
- Bookings can be taken for shorter periods at non-peak times or at short notice if available.
- The Lee and The Heron Apartment are available for longer leases for the winter.
- Tenancies begin at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and end at 10.00am of the day of departure.
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the rental for the appropriate week(s)
- The balance of the rental must be paid not later then one calendar month before commencement of the tenancy.
- In the event of cancellations the deposit will not be returned. If the cancellation is within two calendar months of the date of rental the rental must be paid unless the accommodation is re-let.
