The Lee is a large modern bungalow within the grounds of Craigard offering spacious family accommodation and use of the shared garden.
The sitting room has an open fire, colour television, DVD player and video. There are patio doors leading to the front garden. Dining room. Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with automatic washing machine.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower. Cloakroom with toilet and handbasin. There is gas central heating throughout and all windows are double glazed.
Duvets, linen and towels are all provided. Pets are welcome by arrangement at a charge of £10 per week. Garden chairs are provided and there is off road parking for 2-3 cars in the drive.
